So.... yes, it's still day 1, BUT I'm finally comfortable with doing the cleanse. I admit it was really hard cleansing during breakfast and lunch, but by dinner I was okay. So I'm really excited to see the results at the end of the MC. I've been watching vlogs and people are really transforming! I'm not sure if I want to do one week, ten days, or shoot for two weeks. Right know I'm just hoping I can get past day 1 and 2. Wish me luck!
BTW, I'm adding on the maple syrup because otherwise my calorie intake will be way to low. I'm also doing my first strength training session tomorrow :)
... not sure if I want to do the salt water flush but we'll see.

This is my first day on the MC. I've heard of the benefits: shinier hair...longer nails...healthier skin...weight loss. And its really appealed to me. So today is my first day. I've heard you can lose muscle on the Master Cleanse so I'm planning to do strength training 3-5 days a week. I also wanted to do cardio, but since I can't stand the maple syrup and am removing it from my diet, I don't think I'll have much energy for it. So... here it goes. If anyone has done the cleanse please let me know. I'd love to hear your results and any tips
